Rush and Super Rush Appraisals
Most appraisals can be done using RUSH or SUPER-RUSH.
Please note that not all properties qualify for this service. Our existing commitments may restrict our ability to provide rush service for you.
When ordering rush services, you must disclose any unusual circumstances, such as damage or a different living area from public records, views, etc.
The RUSH service ensures that your appraisal report is electronically sent to you within 48 hours of property inspection. This includes holidays and weekends. Typically, there is a 25% surcharge to our standard appraisal fee.
The SUPER-RUSH service ensures that your appraisal report will be electronically delivered within 24 hours of property inspection. This includes holidays and weekends. Typically, there is a 50% surcharge to our regular appraisal fee.
